Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: What are Bonus Points? A: If you are a registered user of Glory Garb, you will accumulate bonus points on every purchase you make. Bonus points can be converted to Gift Certificate which can be used by you or given to someone else as a gift. Each bonus point has the equivalent purchase value of ten cents. For example, if you have 100 bonus points, the equivalent value in a gift certificate would be $10. A minimum of 25 bonus points is required in order to convert. If you have made purchases without registering, but would like to accumulate bonus points, your bonus points from previous purchases can be added into your account after registering. Just contact us and enter the words, "update my bonus points" in the subject field. Note: This is only necessary if you purchased without creating an account. For those who create a username and password on your first order, bonus points will be calculated automatically and should appear at the bottom of your invoice. To view your accumulated bonus points or to convert them to a gift certificate, click on the "Bonuses" link located on the right hand side.
Q: When will my order be shipped? A: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days once payment is received.
Q: When will my order arrive? A: Most orders arrive within one week to ten days, depending upon your location. Keep in mind that we have no control over shipping time once your package has been given to the carrier. If you order still hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us so that we may investigate with the carrier.
Q: What shipping options are available? A: We offer shipping via USPS (First Class and Priority) and UPS (Ground, 3 Day Select).
Q: Do you offer package tracking? A: We offer the ability to track your package only when shipped via UPS. We generally receive the tracking numbers about 3 days after your payment has been received.
Q: Do you offer rush processing? A: Please contact us for more information this.
Q: What are your shirts made of? A: Our t-shirts are either 100% Cotton or 90/10 Cotton/Polyester blend. Our Hoodies are a Cotton/Polyester blend.
Q: Do you make the shirts? A: Glory Garb obtains our shirts from Kerusso, a leading manufacturer of Christian Apparel. Kerusso obtains their base pre-printed shirts from reputable companies who have been thoroughly checked out. They are made in modernized facilities in which the employees are more of a family rather than a sweatshop. Glory Garb and Kerusso do not support sweatshops of any kind.
Q: Can you change something on the shirt? A: Because we do not print the shirts ourselves, we cannot modify the designs in any way.
Q: Can you print names on the shirts for groups? A: Group names can be added to the shirts for no additional charge. There is a 24 shirt minimum. Contact us for additional information.
